Customer-Provided Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper rights, permission, or authorization to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or designs submitted to Fye Designs.
By submitting artwork or requesting a custom product, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use the provided materials and agrees to accept responsibility for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal issues resulting from unauthorized use.
Fye Designs does not verify ownership rights of customer-submitted artwork. However, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order that may violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
Design Rights
Custom designs created by Fye Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
Fye Designs maintains the right to use original design elements, templates, and creative work developed by our team.
Product Appearance Disclaimer
Due to differences in screens, monitors, lighting, materials, and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur.
These minor variations do not qualify as defects.
Installation Disclaimer
For products requiring installation, including decals, wraps, stickers, and similar products, customers are responsible for proper application unless installation services are specifically purchased from Fye Designs.
Fye Designs is not responsible for installation errors, surface damage, improper preparation, removal damage, or misuse.
